This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our courses, programs, and services. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
This Refund Policy applies to all educational products and services offered by AI Neural Hub and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
IMPORTANT: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to
[email protected] or through our official contact form. Verbal refund requests or requests made through social media will not be processed.
2. Standard Course Refund Policy
2.1 Money-Back Guarantee Period
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all standard courses and programs. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment for any reason within the first 14 days from the date of enrollment, you may request a full refund.
2.2 Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of enrollment confirmation
- Have completed less than 20% of the course content
- Provide a reason for your refund request (for quality improvement purposes)
- Not have downloaded or accessed more than 20% of downloadable course materials
- Not have obtained any certificates or credentials from the program
2.3 Refund Timeline After 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day guarantee period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the following schedule:

3. Special Program Refund Policies
3.1 Intensive Bootcamps and Certification Programs
For intensive bootcamps and specialized certification programs, the following refund terms apply:
- Before Program Start: Full refund (minus $100 administrative fee) if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date
- 0-7 Days Before Start: 50% refund of tuition
- After Program Starts: No refund available once the program has commenced
3.2 Corporate Training Programs
Corporate training programs have customized refund terms that will be specified in the corporate training agreement. Generally:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before start date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before start date: No refund
3.3 One-Time Workshops and Webinars
For single-session workshops, webinars, and seminars:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before event: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before event: No refund, but credit toward future event may be available
- No-shows: No refund
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Application fees and registration fees
- Administrative and processing fees
- Textbooks, materials, and software licenses that have been accessed or downloaded
- Third-party certification exam fees
- Courses or programs completed in full
- Services marked explicitly as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Custom or personalized materials prepared specifically for the student
- Access fees for specialized software or platforms
5. Extenuating Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of serious medical emergency, military deployment, or other extraordinary situations, we may grant exceptions to our standard refund policy. Such requests must be accompanied by:
- Written documentation of the circumstances (e.g., doctor's note, military orders)
- A detailed explanation of how the circumstances prevent course completion
- Submission within 30 days of the qualifying event
All requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Student Services Committee.
5.2 Course Cancellation by AI Neural Hub
If we cancel a course or program for any reason, enrolled students will receive:
- A full refund of all tuition and fees paid, OR
- The option to transfer enrollment to an equivalent course or program, OR
- A credit equal to 110% of tuition paid toward any future AI Neural Hub program
6. Refund Request Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Written Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
- Include Required Information:
- Full name and student ID (if applicable)
- Course or program name
- Enrollment date and order number
- Reason for refund request
- Preferred refund method
- Attach Supporting Documentation: If claiming extenuating circumstances, include relevant documentation
- Await Review: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
6.2 Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit Card Refunds: Processed within 10 business days; may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
- Wire Transfer Refunds: Processed within 15 business days
- Check Refunds: Issued within 15 business days; delivery time varies by location
- PayPal Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise requested and approved. Any fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions during the original transaction or refund process are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Partial Refunds and Credits
7.1 Course Module Refunds
For programs consisting of multiple modules, partial refunds may be available for incomplete modules, calculated based on the per-module cost and subject to the refund timelines outlined in Section 2.3.
7.2 Account Credits
In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds. Credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Can be applied to any AI Neural Hub course or program
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- May be offered at a value higher than the refund amount (e.g., 110% credit vs. 100% refund)
8. Denied Refund Requests
Refund requests may be denied if:
- The request is made outside the applicable refund window
- The student has completed more than the allowable percentage of course content
- Required documentation for extenuating circumstances is not provided
- The request involves non-refundable items or services
- There is evidence of policy abuse or fraud
- The student has violated our Terms & Conditions
If your refund request is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation of the reason for denial. You may appeal the decision by submitting additional information or documentation to our Student Services Committee.
9. Payment Plan Refunds
For students enrolled under payment plans:
- Refunds are calculated based on payments already made
- Future scheduled payments will be cancelled upon approved refund
- Any outstanding balances for services already received must be paid before refund processing
- Payment plan administrative fees are non-refundable
10. International Students
For international students:
- Refunds are subject to the same policies as domestic students
- Currency exchange rates at the time of refund processing will apply
- International transaction fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing may take longer due to international banking requirements
- Students are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by their country
11. Transferring Enrollment
As an alternative to refunds, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course or program offered by AI Neural Hub, subject to:
- Availability in the requested program
- Eligibility requirements for the new program
- Payment of any difference in tuition (credits issued for price differences favoring the student)
- Transfer requests made within 60 days of original enrollment
- A maximum of one transfer per enrollment
Transfer requests do not incur administrative fees.
12. Course Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you complete a course and feel it did not meet the learning objectives or quality standards advertised, you may request a review by our Quality Assurance team within 30 days of course completion. If the review determines that the course did not meet our published standards, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund of the course tuition
- Complimentary enrollment in an equivalent or upgraded course
- Credit toward any AI Neural Hub program equal to 150% of the tuition paid
13. Promotional and Discounted Enrollments
Courses or programs purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policies, with refunds calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price.
14. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by:
- Submitting a written appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of the refund decision
- Providing any additional information or documentation supporting your appeal
- Awaiting review by our Student Services Committee (responses provided within 10 business days)
The decision of the Student Services Committee is final. If you remain unsatisfied, you may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
15. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for enrollments made prior to the policy change. Students will be notified of significant policy changes via email.
